Panasonic Malaysia has officially launched its new HOME·2·COM Solution Center located at The Vertical Podium, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The new showroom will highlight various technologies suitable for application in the Home, Town and Commercial areas, earning the name, HOME2COM.

​79% of households in Vietnam’s rural areas have no washing machines. Here, women spend an average of four hours a day hand-washing their clothes. In partnership with OMO Matic, Panasonic developed the Super Clean washing machine aimed at reducing time spent by homemakers on laundry. A Micro Financial Fund was also set up by Vietnam Women’s Union and Unilever Vietnam to facilitate purchase.
